*Any donation of HK $100 or above is tax-deductible and the official receipt will be issued within 3 months after the Flag Day. All personal information will be used for issuing receipt and fundraising purpose only and will be kept strictly confidential.

The Director of Social Welfare has given approval to three organisations to sell flags on Hong Kong Island region, in Kowloon region and the New Territories region respectively on 19 December 2020 and Heep Hong Society is authorised to conduct flag sale in Hong Kong Island region on that day.
