• Participate in developing and maintaining existing and new IT applications, including client/server, web, and mobile applications, etc.;
• Work closely with the project team and end users to ensure the system's functions and features meet stakeholders' requirements and satisfaction;
• Able to work with the project team, internal stakeholders, IT vendors, and service providers to gather and consolidate user requirements, perform system design and analysis, formulate test plans, conduct system testing, perform quality assurance, conduct training, and provide system go-live and maintenance support;
• Undertake the required tasks under the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Prepare documentation for various IT activities;
• Be responsible for administering IT applications, conducting application performance tuning, and providing user support for the related applications;
• Provide support in generating reports, performing data analysis, and implementing business intelligence to meet the requirements of different levels of end users;
• Ensure the work deliverables, including in-house and outsourced work, fulfill the Society's requirements regarding quality, schedule, and budget;
• Perform other related duties, on-site support, ad hoc tasks, and projects as required or assigned;
• Overtime work may be necessary for any emergencies.

• To be responsible for leading a team to provide IT/AV support services;
• To provide training of IT services and Cybersecurity for the users;
• To develop cybersecurity policies and implement the cybersecurity controls;
• To be responsible for the overall planning and development of IT infrastructure to meet the organizational and operational needs;
• To oversee the maintenance of hardware & software, network facilities, implementation and monitoring of IT cybersecurity measures and the helpdesk and technical support services; 
• To collaborate with the software application team and provide technical advice on issues related to the implementation & licensing of application systems; 
• To source and liaise with vendors for IT solutions, projects and equipment;
• To identify/assess technological and informational needs, and to make recommendations to the Management on how to meet these needs with an aim to better leverage IT to enhance the business performance; 
• To formulate action plan for IT projects related to infrastructure and be responsible for overseeing its implementation;
• To assist the Head of IT in formulating the IT strategy, IT budget, IT policies, guidelines and procedures; 
• To be directly responsible to the Head of IT and to perform any other related duties as required by the supervisor;
• Perform other related duties, on-site support, ad hoc tasks, and projects as required or assigned. And over time work;
• Overtime work may be necessary in case of any emergencies.

• Be directly responsible to the IT Manager or Assistant IT Manager 
• Perform IT technical and help desk support, daily on-site administrative duties 
• Provide software/hardware installation services, troubleshooting, technical documentation of IT related tasks
• Assist in the operation of IT and Audio/Video equipment
• Assist to undertake inventory stocktaking exercise
• Provide in-house training for end users
• Undertake any other related duties as required

• Assist the CDD team to develop, formulate and implement effective fundraising campaigns and events to solicit support from various donors including corporations, foundation and other potential supporters
• Assist the Team to implement various key fundraising events including Flag Day, charity sale of raffle tickets, Great Chef and charity gala
• Monitor and report team performance regularly to ensure objectives and KPIs are achieved
• Explore, initiate and assist to develop new corporate and foundation donors
• Conduct analyses of fundraising market trends and report regularly
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

• Provide general clerical & admin daily support to Corporate Development Department
• Handle forms' data entry & document filing
• Support the donation system enhancement project
• Answer telephone enquiries and perform daily routine administration tasks
• Occasional outdoor duties

• Communicate and coordinate with different internal and external stakeholder
