Technical Support (IT)

Responsibilities
  • Be directly responsible to the IT Manager or Assistant IT Manager 
  • Perform IT technical and help desk support, daily on-site administrative duties 
  • Provide software/hardware installation services, troubleshooting, technical documentation of IT related tasks
  • Assist in the operation of IT and Audio/Video equipment
  • Assist to undertake inventory stocktaking exercise
  • Provide in-house training for end users
  • Undertake any other related duties as required
Qualifications
  • Diploma in IT or related discipline
  • 1 year's experiences in technical support for IT is preferable    
  • Hands-on experience in PC support, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of Windows/Linux servers administration
  • Good knowledge of networking products: Firewall, router, switch and Wi-Fi access point
  • Has IT network cabling and configuration experience is a plus
  • A proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Know how in problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
