Intern (Human Resources)

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment and selection process including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, facilitating on-board arrangements and following up new join documents
  • Assist in the maintenance of personnel files, leave records and data entry in Human Resources Information System
  • Be responsible for collecting MPF enrolment forms of new joined staff
  • Assist in collecting and verifying data for annual performance appraisal
  • Assist in preparing letter for contract renewal and salary adjustment
  • Perform any other related duties as required
Qualifications
  • Form 5 or above
  • Detailed-minded, well-organized and willing to learn
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in using MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
