Social Worker (Ethnic Minorities Service)

Responsibilities	To deliver community-based and centre-based social work services for ethnic minorities families with SEN children and youth To handle individual counselling, consultation and case referrals for ethic minority parents, children and youth To liaise with stakeholders and establish networking with community resources To manage administrative tasks as needed to support department operations To perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications	Degree holder in Social Work Relevant working experience in Ethnic Minorities service, child rehabilitation service and parents work is preferred Registered Social Worker Good command of Chinese and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high organization ability
